Completion day
You’ll meet the team onsite for a final walkthrough, receive your keys and welcome pack and officially move into your new home.

We’ll check in to formally close out any items raised during your settling-in period.

Be available for a quick inspection and chat through any outstanding items.

You’ll continue to have support for any structural or non-structural defects under warranty.
